I'm particularly devoted to helping women in their 40´s and beyond to achieve health goals, overcome blocks and struggles with body image and help them make changes to get in the best shape of their life. My approach is holistic, integrating all aspects of wellbeing and deep health, through healthy eating and lifestyle practices.

My coaching is inclusive —everyone is welcome, regardless of gender, age or ethnicity. We’ll work online, one-on-one, at your pace in a safe and secure environment.
The sessions will be adapted to your needs and wants, within the characteristics stated on each plan. The whole process is meticulously personalized. Regardless of the plan you choose, you'll get a unique program designed to make you healthier and happier than ever before.
I'm offering my services with a “Name Your Own Price” feature. Each product has a retail value, yet I'm open to discussing it during our intake appointment, and set a fair price for both. Please note there is a minimum price on every service.
In case you are willing to pay more than the regular price, you will be supporting the clients who need low-priced services.

Talking and listening
Our sessions will be held at a safe, creative and nonjudgmental space.
You'll be guided by thought-provoking questions to explore freely, reflect consciously, self-determine your vision, goals and next action steps.
We're building your way up to make your own decisions for change.
Assessing and engaging
We'll work on assessing your strengths and areas for development.
Once your next course of action has been identified, you're empowered to select an area that feels important, motivating, or timely.
We'll identify your solutions for moving forwards and engage optimally to achieve change.
Creating pathways for change
At this point, we've discovered the right course of action!
You'll be provided with a habit routine program, helping you advance towards your change goals.
In the case of a follow-up session, we'll reevaluate the current program and make outcome-based decisions.
